Northpoint: Grand Opening...

Northpoint will start its re-marketing or new marketing and sales campaign. Bev D'Agostino from Skyline at Station Landing has been hired to take over the sales team.

One of the most touted developments in Boston in the last decade Northpoint has seen many bumps along the way. The good news is that hopefully the sale of the property will go through.

Good news:
The City has picked up the halted MBTA project and will begin construction on the new Lechmere T Station and continue its push into Somerville and Medford with the Green Line.

The Unknown:
Northpoint will happen its just a question of when and will it be to the extent of the original owners.
