The Carruth has opened up shop! We had a lot of inquiries earlier on when The Carruth was going to be a mixed use condo and rental building. Now the building has converted to all rentals and our friends Michelle and Shannon at the Winn Company have taken over and are very excited about the project. The Carruth is providing their customers with 'Lease to purchase options' and just lease options - this is a great option for those looking to buy but not sure or ready to take the plunge...
