The greenhouse is one of the best known luxury communities in the city. It is a full service concierge building right in the heart of all Boston has to offer! The greenhouse has plenty to offer itself, A newly renovated cardio room, a business center, a rooftop pool and bar, as well as a soon to be renovated gym/weight room with both male and female locker and steam rooms! The units in the building are very nice and clean but basic, I am told that over the next few years they will be upgraded to granite, stainless and possibly hardwood floors! This will probably cause a major increase in price so best to get in there now at the current prices.
